We are currently Looking for a Fullstack Mobile Team Lead to join a prominent financial institution based in Tel Aviv. This is a key leadership role in a high-scale environment, impacting millions of users.
The Role:
The position is a 50% Hands-on / 50% Management split. You will lead a Fullstack team with a strong Mobile orientation, taking end-to-end ownership of feature development—from client-side innovation to robust backend architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Managing and mentoring a Fullstack team, driving professional growth and efficient work methodologies.
Technical Ownership: Designing and maintaining complex mobile systems at scale, ensuring performance, stability, and security.
Hands-on Excellence: High-level coding, Code Reviews, and implementing AI-driven processes across the SDLC.
Scale & Innovation: Navigating a dynamic, competitive financial ecosystem while maintaining high engineering standards.
Technical Requirements:
Experience: 8+ years in software development with proven leadership experience (Team Lead/Tech Lead).
Mobile Deep-Dive: Significant experience in Native (iOS/Android) and KMP (Kotlin Multiplatform).
Stack: Mastery of SwiftUI / Jetpack Compose and Clean Architecture.
Backend: Strong background in Spring Boot, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
Infrastructure: Experience with Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
