Tier 1 Technical Support Representative | Rosh HaAyin | Shift-Based Position

Mertens Malam Team is looking for a Tier 1 Technical Support Representative to join a high-tech organization in Rosh HaAyin.

This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic technological support center, providing technical assistance for ERP systems and gaining extensive professional training.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for ERP systems
• Handle service calls and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Support POS systems, computers, tablets, and smartphones
• Manage incidents and follow through until full resolution
• Work in a 24/7 technological support center environment
• Deliver high-quality customer service and technical assistance

Requirements:

• Student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Availability to work shifts during weekdays and weekends
• Strong technical skills and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment while providing excellent service
• Fast learner with the ability to independently learn new technological systems
