Admetec is a global manufacturing company in the Medical Device industry.
We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our team and play a key role in managing customer relationships.
Job Description:
• Manage, support, and take full responsibility for existing and new customer accounts
• Work closely with international distributors across various territories
• Support customers assigned to the Inside Sales department
• Deliver exceptional customer service, provide effective solutions, and handle challenges proactively
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role – a significant advantage
• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hebrew, and Russian – mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – mandatory
• Experience with Priority – an advantage
