We run paid campaigns that drive serious traffic to YouTube content at scale, across global ad networks. Were looking for a Campaign Manager to own day-to-day campaign performance and grow with the role.

This is a strong fit for someone analytical whos just starting out in paid media, or for someone with 1-2 years of hands-on campaign experience looking for more ownership.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼

- Launch and manage paid campaigns inside our in-house platform

- Analyze performance daily and optimize for results

- Work with our automation tooling and dig into the numbers

- Communicate directly with account managers at international ad networks

𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲

- Strong analytical thinking and comfort with numbers

- Solid Excel skills- High-level English, written and spoken

- Curiosity, ownership, and a fast self-learning instinctPreferred qualifications

- Hands-on experience setting up or managing ad campaigns (any platform)

- Background in digital advertising, performance marketing, or analytics
