Supply & Fulfillment Planner

Airobotics, a developer of autonomous drone systems, is looking for an experienced Supply & Fulfillment Planner to take full ownership of planning and supply processes in a growing, advanced company. This is an opportunity to make an impact and lead planning infrastructures in a dynamic environment with cutting-edge products in development and production stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead Demand & Supply Planning processes, including demand forecasting
• Build supply and production plans (Supply Plan / Build Plan) based on forecasts, orders, and production capacity
• Take end-to-end ownership of customer supply processes – from planning and optimization of supply and shipments, coordination with logistics (down to operational details), through to execution
• Manage global inventory – maintenance, planning, and optimization (FG + WIP), define inventory levels, manage movements, reductions, slow-moving and obsolete stock
• Responsible for finished goods availability planning and ensuring customer service levels
• Identify gaps between demand, supply, and capacity, and drive operational solutions
• Analyze performance (Forecast Accuracy, Service Level, Inventory Turns) and lead continuous improvement
• Implement and manage engineering changes and their impact on planning and inventory
• Work closely with the Production Planner to execute plans at the production level and ensure material availability
• Work with ERP systems (advantage: NetSuite) and perform advanced Excel analysis
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management
• At least 3 years of experience as a Planner in a manufacturing environment (advantage: electronics industry)
• Proven experience in supply/shipment planning, forecasting, and inventory management
• Experience working with subcontractors – advantage
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities
• Experience working with ERP systems – advantage: Oracle NetSuite
• Familiarity with advanced planning methodologies
• High level of English – reading, writing, and speaking
• Full-time availability from the office in Petah Tikva (non-hybrid role)
