Ballerine is looking for a strong Customer Success Manager to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the payments ecosystem and can work closely with customers across onboarding, implementation, adoption, and ongoing success. We are looking for someone who can speak the language of risk, fraud, compliance, and operations, and help customers get real value from Ballerine.

What you’ll do

• Own customer onboarding and implementation from kickoff to successful launch
• Work closely with risk, fraud, compliance, and operations teams at acquirers, PSPs, marketplaces, and fintechs
• Help customers configure workflows, policies, risk signals, and reporting based on their needs
• Identify adoption gaps, product feedback, and expansion opportunities
• Partner with Product, Risk, and Sales teams to ensure customers are successful
• Build strong relationships with users and decision-makers

What we’re looking for

• Experience in customer success, implementation, risk operations, fraud, compliance, or payments
• Strong understanding of merchant acquiring, PSPs, PayFacs, marketplaces, KYB, onboarding, monitoring, or fraud prevention
• Ability to manage customers independently and drive projects forward
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders
• High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn fast
• Fluent English
