Account Executive (Adtech)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to join a fast-growing commercial team.

This is a key role focused on new business development, building strategic partnerships, and expanding activity across publishers, advertisers, agencies, and performance partners.

Ideal for someone who is hungry, energetic, data-driven, and passionate about sales, partnerships, and growth in a dynamic AdTech environment.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across publishers, affiliates, networks, agencies, and brands
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, and deal progression
• Lead discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges, and monetization goals
• Maintain a structured and accurate CRM pipeline
• Schedule and conduct intro calls and product presentations
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Account Management teams
• Provide market insights to support product and business strategy
• Contribute to building scalable sales processes and outbound strategies
• Track performance and report on pipeline and activity

📊 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in SDR / BDR / AE / Business Development roles
• Experience in AdTech / performance marketing / publishers / affiliate networks – strong advantage
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Native or near-native English – mandatory
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Highly motivated, persistent, and resilient
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with collaboration skills
• Additional languages – advantage
