Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Technical Support Team Lead for a leading global company in Rosh HaAyin.

This role includes leading support shifts, providing professional guidance for technical challenges, and managing daily team operations in a dynamic support environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage support shifts and provide professional guidance for technical issues and escalations

• Lead team routines including shift scheduling, call monitoring, and performance feedback

• Train and mentor support representatives

• Manage knowledge sharing processes and maintain knowledge base content

• Ensure high service standards and ongoing team development

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the customer service field

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• High level of English — written and spoken

• 2 years of experience in Technical Support

• Familiarity with Priority system

• Full-time position including Friday and Saturday shifts

• Availability for 24/7 support in case of critical incidents
