The Home Front Command’s "Agamim" Department is looking for a talented Analytics & BI Team Lead to join our mission-driven team.

The Role

As the Analytics & BI Team Lead, you will spearhead our professional data strategy. You will lead a team of analysts, manage end-to-end BI products, and work closely with senior headquarters and operational units to turn business requirements into powerful analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of analysts to professional excellence.
• Product Ownership: Lead the end-to-end development of dashboards and operational situational pictures.
• Client Engagement: Characterize needs and translate complex operational requirements into data-driven products.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Data Engineering, Infrastructure, and Development teams.
• QA & Methodology: Ensure high data quality, rigorous methodology, and comprehensive documentation.
• Strategic Presentation: Present insights and situational reports to high-ranking commanders and stakeholders.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Experience: 3+ years in the BI / Data Analytics field.
• Leadership: Proven experience in team management or leading large-scale projects.
• Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Power BI and advanced SQL (working with complex databases).
• Business Acumen: Experience in requirement characterization and client-facing roles.
• Soft Skills: High analytical thinking, a systemic perspective, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment.
