This is a full-time, on-site role for experienced Database Administration (DBA) experts, located in Holon, Israel. As a DBA, you will be responsible for managing, designing, and maintaining databases to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting database issues, implementing database design improvements, managing replication processes, and providing technical support to enhance overall system functionality.

• Proficient in Database Administration and advanced database management skills
• Experience in Database Design and schema optimization
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to database performance and operational issues
• Expertise in Databases and Replication processes
• Solid understanding of database security practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with development and IT teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience working with government or enterprise-scale systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
