Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pardes Hana - Karkur, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Information Technology Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining desktop computers, and offering reliable help desk assistance to end-users. Additional responsibilities include supporting the overall IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support with a strong focus on customer service
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical problems effectively
- Experience with Troubleshooting in Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Sharepoint, Intune)
- Experience with Desktop Computers, hardware, and related peripherals
- Broad knowledge and practical application of Information Technology systems and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in a hybrid work environment or similar setting is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is an advantage
