React Developer

An early-stage AI technology startup that develops trust, security, and reliability infrastructure for AI agents and enterprise generative AI workflows.

Founded recently by veteran cybersecurity figures and backed by a prominent Israeli venture capital firm, the company operates with a lean core engineering team.

The company is located in Tel Aviv (train-accessible) and operates on a hybrid model with one day office-based.

Position Overview-

• First Frontend Engineer joining the foundational core team, reporting directly to the VP.
• Leading and defining the frontend architecture and user experience for a complex AI product.
• Designing and implementing sophisticated enterprise interfaces, including agentic chat interfaces, experiment tracking layouts, and deep observability dashboards.
• Writing scalable code in React and TypeScript while establishing reusable design systems from scratch.
• Translating advanced generative AI capabilities into clean, intuitive, and high-performance developer tools.

Key Responsibilities-

• Leading the entire frontend engineering domain and owning technical architecture decisions for client-side applications.
• Developing production-grade frontend features using React, TypeScript, and state-management patterns.
• Building a consistent and modular component library and foundational design systems for long-term scale.
• Designing high-throughput, data-heavy visualizations for AI evaluations, continuous testing, and real-time analytics.
• Collaborating closely with backend engineers and product leads to turn complex backend simulations into interactive workflows.

Requirements-

• 5 years of professional experience in frontend software engineering focused on production-grade systems (Mandatory).
• 4 years of hands-on development experience specializing in ReactJS and TypeScript (Mandatory).
• Strong, practical experience architecting modern frontend systems, managing performance optimization, and implementing data-dense UI/UX frameworks (Mandatory).
• Familiarity with building tools, complex dashboards, or developer-facing web software is an advantage.
