We are looking for a highly organized and personable Receptionist / Office Administrator with a proactive approach and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Providing professional customer service and support to company clients via phone and email.
- Managing ongoing communication with clients, including providing information and support.
- Gaining broad and in depth knowledge of the capital markets in Israel and the U.S.
- For suitable candidates: executing capital market trading operations on behalf of clients and working with advanced trading systems.
- Operating advanced trading platforms and systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree – required
- High level of customer service orientation – required
- Experience in a bank, investment house, or brokerage firm – an advantage
- High proficiency in Excel – an advantage

- Ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork abilities
