For one of our excellent client, we are looking for AI Lead.

An exciting opportunity to join a strategic and leading role in the worlds of AI, software development, and technological innovation.

We are looking for an experienced technology leader with a strong background in leading AI and GenAI solutions within complex Enterprise organizations, including advanced architecture design, hands-on development, and end-to-end business innovation initiatives.

The role includes direct collaboration with business stakeholders, requirements gathering, building AI Agents and advanced automations, and leading enterprise AI solutions in a cutting-edge technological environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the organization’s AI strategy and technological innovation initiatives
• Hands-on development of end-to-end AI services and solutions
• Partner with business units and lead enterprise AI use cases
• Implement LLM / RAG-based solutions and AI Agents
• Gather and analyze business requirements with various organizational units
• Define and lead technological KPIs and organizational performance improvements
• Work with Microsoft Copilot / Claude Code
• Collaborate with Data Science teams and business stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AI / GenAI – mandatory
• At least 2 years of managerial experience – mandatory
• Hands-on experience with modern development technologies
• Experience with OpenAI / Bedrock / Claude / Cursor
• Experience implementing AI solutions in Enterprise organizations
• Experience building Agents, Workflows, and Automation solutions
• Strong leadership, system-level thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills
