Junior SDR (Sales Development Representative) – Part Time

We’re a stealth-mode AI startup building state-of-the-art AI software for businesses.

We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious, and hungry Junior SDR to help us grow in the Israeli market.

This role is ideal for early-career candidates or students who want real startup experience, high earning potential, and a direct path into tech sales and AI.

This is a high-performance sales role focused primarily on outbound cold calling to Israeli companies.

You’ll spend a large part of your day speaking with decision-makers, generating opportunities, and helping close real deals.

The role includes a very large commission structure on closed deals, with significant upside for top performers. If you’re comfortable picking up the phone, handling rejection, learning quickly, and pushing yourself — this can be an incredible opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound cold calls to Israeli companies
• Speak with decision-makers and introduce our AI platform
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities
• Schedule meetings and demos for the founders/sales team

What We’re Looking For

• Native-level Hebrew speaker
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone
• High energy, persistence, and resilience
• Comfortable with cold calling on a daily basis
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience
• Experience with cold calling or outbound sales is highly preferred
• Interest in startups, SaaS, or AI
