Solution Engineer

We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our team and play a key role in the positioning and delivery of our Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solution, as well as the implementation of GIS platforms (ArcGIS), across rail, energy, and smart mobility projects.

This role combines product involvement, and hands-on system integration and delivery. You will work closely with customers and internal teams, contributing to both winning new projects and successfully delivering them.

What you’ll do

Product Management and Solution Engineering

• Support backlog management (JIRA), user stories, and feature validation
• Contribute to product evolution based on project and market needs

Documentation & Project Delivery

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (ICDs, design docs, test plans)
• Support system delivery, integration, and testing (FAT, SIT, SAT)
• Act as a technical reference during project execution

Requirements

• ~5+ years of experience in solution engineering, product management or similar roles
• Experience writing technical documentation (ICDs, detailed design, test plans)
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Elastic/Kibana, or similar
• Ability to bridge technical, product, and customer perspectives
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles is a plus
• Fluent Hebrew and English
