This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tel Aviv-Yafo for a User Acquisition Manager. The role involves designing and executing user acquisition strategies to drive growth, managing paid media campaigns, analyzing data to assess campaign performance, and optimizing acquisition channels. Additional tasks include collaborating with marketing and analytics teams to identify trends, monitoring KPIs, and crafting impactful advertising creatives to attract and retain users.

• Proficiency in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok, Facebook Ads)
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with performance tracking tools and data interpretation
• Ability to develop and execute user acquisition strategies and scale campaigns effectively
• Familiarity with marketing trends and understanding key performance metrics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Innovative thinking and a creative approach to designing compelling advertising content
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience within the app and gaming industry is advantageous
