Infinity Labs R&D is a leading research and development company operating Israel’s most successful career-change program for software engineering. We train hundreds of top STEM graduates each year, preparing them for impactful roles in Israel’s high-tech industry.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is eager to grow in the tech recruitment space and play a key role in shaping the future of our candidates.

What you’ll do

Screen and evaluate resumes from multiple sourcing channels.
Conduct phone interviews and invite suitable candidates to our assessment days.
Lead assessment centers: conduct in-person interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and finalize agreements.
Run sourcing activities on social media platforms and manage partnerships with external stakeholders.
Take part in diverse recruitment projects and support HR-related aspects of new training groups.
Work in a high-performance environment with clear quantitative and qualitative recruitment targets.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Preferred: 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Strong communication skills, with proven orientation to sales or business development - a strong advantage.
Full-time availability and motivation to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Based in Ramat Gan (Bursa district, next to Savidor Center train station).
