Job Summary

As a Senior Manager within the Cortex organization, you will lead and scale the high-performance engineering teams responsible for XSIAM—our groundbreaking AI-driven SOC platform. This is a leadership role for a visionary who can build a world-class engineering culture while balancing aggressive feature delivery with long-term architectural integrity. By guiding your organization through the complexities of massive-scale endpoint, network, and cloud telemetry, you will ensure our AI-driven intelligence remains the global benchmark for neutralizing sophisticated cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end software development life cycle, driving high-velocity execution in an Agile environment to deliver complex, mission-critical features with precision.
• Directly manage, mentor, and scale a team of elite backend engineers, defining career paths and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Act as a strategic sounding board for architectural decisions, overseeing technical design reviews to ensure system resilience and performance.
• Partner with Product Management, DevOps, and Security Research to align engineering roadmaps with global business objectives.
• Drive the integration of state-of-the-art AI and LLM technologies to transform raw telemetry into actionable intelligence.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing and scaling engineering teams, ideally within high-growth SaaS, Big Data, or Cybersecurity environments.
• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a deep understanding of complex distributed systems.
• Experience building scalable server-side applications in GCP, AWS, or Azure, utilizing Kubernetes and Docker.
• BSc in Computer Science, equivalent technical knowledge, or elite military technology experience.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in building and scaling AI/ML workloads, including LLM orchestration and high-performance model serving.
• Familiarity with large-scale database technologies and data warehouses (e.g., Google BigQuery, Redshift, Cassandra, ElasticSearch, or Neo4J).
• Previous experience in the Cybersecurity field.
• Proficiency in Go or Python.
