Project Management Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining integrative work plans.
• Risk management, bottleneck analysis, and critical path management (CPM).
• Synchronizing cross-functional interfaces within complex environments involving multiple knowledge centers and engineering disciplines.
• Budget planning and control, spanning from the initial quote stage through ongoing reporting to project completion.
• Synthesizing comprehensive project status overviews and presenting them clearly to senior management and clients.

Job Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management OR, alternatively, 10+ years of experience in managing technological projects – Mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience as a PMO in large-scale organizations – Mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in SAP or an equivalent tier-1 ERP system.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean planning and control methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in project management tools: MS-Project / Primavera – Mandatory.
• Experience in consulting firms or O&M (Organization & Methods) – Significant advantage.
• Proactive mindset ("Rosh Gadol") with a systemic perspective combined with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, creativity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
