The group focused on developing advanced defense technologies, including counter-drone
systems and surveillance solutions.
We are seeking a Group Controller to join our team.
Full-time position | Location: Rosh HaAyin / Kfar Saba
Key Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for the preparation of the Group’s consolidated financial statements
(quarterly and annual) in accordance with IFRS
Preparation of periodic and ad hoc management reports, including Budget vs. Actual
(BVA), annual budgets, and forecasts
Monitoring, control, and analysis of Group revenues and expenses
Management and oversight of cash flow for Israeli entities
Preparation of tax reports for Group companies in Israel
Managing the finance team in Israel, including a Controller, Assistant Controller, and
Bookkeepers
Professional oversight and support of internal and external finance personnel in
international subsidiaries
Reporting directly to the Group CFO
Ongoing work with external auditors, tax advisors, and valuation experts
Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least 2 years of experience as a Controller in a publicly traded company listed on
the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange – mandatory
High level of English proficiency
Experience with Priority ERP – an advantage
Ability to work independently, high level of commitment, strong teamwork skills, and
willingness to work intensively during peak periods
