Financial Controller - Public Company

A publicly traded company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

The group focused on developing advanced defense technologies, including counter-drone

systems and surveillance solutions.

We are seeking a Group Controller to join our team.

Full-time position | Location: Rosh HaAyin / Kfar Saba

Key Responsibilities:

 Full responsibility for the preparation of the Group’s consolidated financial statements

(quarterly and annual) in accordance with IFRS

 Preparation of periodic and ad hoc management reports, including Budget vs. Actual

(BVA), annual budgets, and forecasts

 Monitoring, control, and analysis of Group revenues and expenses

 Management and oversight of cash flow for Israeli entities

 Preparation of tax reports for Group companies in Israel

 Managing the finance team in Israel, including a Controller, Assistant Controller, and

Bookkeepers

 Professional oversight and support of internal and external finance personnel in

international subsidiaries

 Reporting directly to the Group CFO

 Ongoing work with external auditors, tax advisors, and valuation experts

Requirements:

 Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

 At least 2 years of experience as a Controller in a publicly traded company listed on

the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange – mandatory

 High level of English proficiency

 Experience with Priority ERP – an advantage

 Ability to work independently, high level of commitment, strong teamwork skills, and

willingness to work intensively during peak periods
