The Role-

• Strategic Leadership: Manage a specialized team of 5 developers, balancing people management with 50% Hands-on technical contribution.
• Unique Domain: Lead a niche infrastructure-focused team. This isn't standard product FE; you will be building the high-performance Frontend Infrastructures and the underlying Backend systems that power the platform.
• Technical Ownership: Drive architectural decisions for complex infrastructure tools, focusing on performance, scalability, and developer experience.
• End-to-End Execution: Oversee the team’s delivery within a high-traffic environment, utilizing modern micro-frontend and microservices patterns.

Tech Stack & Environment

• Frontend Infrastructure: React, TypeScript, Webpack, Nx (Monorepo management).
• Backend & Data: Node.js, Kafka (Event-driven architecture), Redis, MongoDB.
• Cloud: AWS.
• Focus: Large-scale infrastructure, high-concurrency systems, and robust developer tooling.

Requirements-

• 2 years of management experience (Team Lead level) – Mandatory.
• 7 years of professional development experience in Full Stack or Frontend roles – Mandatory.
• Deep, expert-level proficiency in ReactJS – Mandatory.
• Proven experience building or maintaining complex technical infrastructures (Infrastructure/Platform/Core teams).
• Technical Advantages: Hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Webpack, Nx, Kafka, or AWS.
• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technological field from a leading university or top-tier college (An advantage).
• A proactive leader with the ability to navigate a high-traffic, fast-paced global platform.
