We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced Power Supplies and Networking Products for the military industry.

The Role:

Take full ownership of the mechanical lifecycle, from initial concept through design to serial production of MIL-hardened systems.

Develop ruggedized electromechanical solutions and high-performance thermal management systems.

Create complex assemblies specifically designed for easy manufacturing, simplified assembly, and quick field repair.

Partner with R&D teams (Electronics and PCB Designers) to ensure seamless hardware integration and support production engineering.

Design test equipment and complementary components to support the manufacturing process.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a leading academic institute – Mandatory.

6-8 years of experience in electronic packaging within the defense or aerospace industry – Mandatory.

Expert-level proficiency in Solid Edge – Mandatory.

Deep understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes such as CNC, milling, routing, turning, and flange forming – Mandatory.

Strong experience with military and aviation standards, specifically MIL-STD-810 and RTCA/DO-160.

High motivation and the ability to quickly learn and master complex engineering concepts.

Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
