User Acquisition Manager
K2 Talent is partnering with a fast growing mobile gaming company that is building out its User Acquisition team with a brand new role focused on scaling performance and growth.
A unique opportunity to take part in shaping and establishing the marketing activity from day one while running our User Acquisition end-to-end. Looking for a hands-on UAM to be a meaningful part of this journey.
What you will do:
- Create and implement paid media strategy for UA activities.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices, combining the latest insights and data to continually refine our marketing messaging.
- Plan and oversee marketing budgets, set up, and optimize paid campaigns on multiple platforms and channels to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work with the creative team to create visually appealing assets.
- Monitor and analyse Marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of our content and identify opportunities for improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager/Media Buyer. (Hands-on knowledge of UA, ASO, SDK, MMP)
- Strong analytical and optimization skills
- Sharp-minded and creative thinker with a passion for Gaming, Marketing, and an analytical mindset.
- Ability to lead projects from A to Z with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Experience working with MMP
- experience / femiliraty with Ads Monetization- big advantage
- Fluent English.
