Key Responsibilities-

  • Managing and mentoring a team of software engineers, guiding professional development and sprint execution.
  • Driving the architecture and implementation of strategic security products across the organization.
  • Overseeing high-scale, distributed systems utilizing Go, Python, and microservices architectures.
  • Collaborating with product management and technical stakeholders to deliver features for enterprise-grade environments.

Requirements-

  • Proven professional experience in engineering management or team leadership.
  • Extensive background in backend software engineering with a strong foundation in Java.
  • Practical experience designing and developing within Microservices architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud infrastructure platforms (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes), relational databases (PostgreSQL), or languages like Go and Python is an advantage.
