Frontend Team Leader

A publicly traded, profitable financial technology company that develops credit and automated payment platforms designed to assist businesses in securing commercial financing. The company builds secure infrastructure to streamline funding workflows and financial operations.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities-

• Managing, mentoring, and guiding a team of full-stack developers in daily execution.
• Designing and implementing scalable backend services and responsive frontends.
• Driving technical decisions and integrating cloud infrastructure and automated workflows.
• Collaborating with technical leadership to deliver robust financial web applications.

Requirements-

• Proven professional experience in engineering management or team leadership.
• Strong background in full-stack software development spanning several years.
• Proven proficiency in backend development using Node.js (experience with PHP is an advantage).
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks, specifically React.
• Practical experience implementing and managing applications within Cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Experience or familiarity with integrating AI technologies or models.
