SkyGini is looking for an AI-Native Junior Software Engineer

SkyGini is a fast-growing Travel-Tech company building technology for flights, hotels, vacation packages, pricing, supplier integrations, automation, data, and customer experience. Our systems are used every day by real customers, in a fast-moving business environment where technology has a direct impact.

This is not a standard junior role.

What you’ll do

You’ll work on real product and engineering challenges across our platform: features, internal tools, automations, integrations, data workflows, and improvements to business processes.

You’ll learn how production systems are built, monitored, improved, and scaled. You’ll work closely with experienced people, get direct feedback, and gradually take ownership of meaningful parts of the product.

You’ll also learn how to use AI tools as part of a modern development workflow - to move faster, think better, and build better software, without compromising on quality, understanding, or critical thinking.

What we’re looking for

Previous professional experience is a plus, but not required.

What matters much more:

• Strong problem-solving ability
• Curiosity and hunger to learn
• Good software fundamentals
• Clear communication
• High ownership and responsibility
• Ability to work independently and figure things out
• Smart, critical use of AI tools
• Something you’ve built yourself — a side project, open-source contribution, small product, automation, website, app, or anything that shows initiative

Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, or SQL is an advantage - but we care more about potential, learning speed, and mindset than a perfect checklist.
