Comblack is hiring a PMO !

The role includes preparing and managing complex work plans, managing resources and budgets, and building detailed Gantt charts for all project phases. The position also involves close support of project management teams, risk mitigation management, defining KPIs, and preparing executive presentations for critical decision-making milestones.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience as a PMO in IT/computerization projects – mandatory.
• Experience as a PMO in at least 2 projects with a scope of over 20 person-years in large organizations (500+ employees).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with MS Project.
• Expertise in preparing control reports, schedule management, and presentations for management-level stakeholders.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience in monitoring and controlling activities מול internal and external stakeholders.
