About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and team-oriented Financial Controller to join our Global Finance Controllers Team in Gvat. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
As part of the HQ Controllers team, you will work closely with senior management and Business Units, contribute to financial processes, and support decision-making in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the preparation of the Group’s monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Partner with Business Units to analyze performance, provide insights, and offer guidance on complex accounting matters
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and IFRS standards.
• Coordinate and support audit activities, including direct collaboration with external auditors and active participation in the group’s annual audit process.
• Drive improvements by creating and implementing new financial processes and controls.
• Manage reporting calendars and deliverables, ensuring timely compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
• CPA, mandatory.
• Big 4 experience, with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a Controller role.
• Strong knowledge and proven expertise in IFRS and group financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial statements, reporting, and accounting.
• Solid understanding of inventories, reconciliations and
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, mandatory.
• Experience collaborating with external auditors and supporting group audits
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems - Required (SAP experience is a strong advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mandatory
