What will you do
- Direct management of approximately 8 developers
- Responsibility for project developments and team tasks – planning, building, and validating work plans
- Architecture of processes, guiding and mentoring developers
- Coaching and supporting junior/less experienced employees
- Leading development methodologies and processes and ensuring their implementation
- Working with multiple interfaces and stakeholders
What will you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering & Management
- Deep familiarity with Informatica; hands-on experience in Informatica development
- At least 3 years of experience in a technological DWH/BI/Data role within a large enterprise organization
- Strong knowledge of BI/Data methodologies
- High-level proficiency in SQL; familiarity with PL/SQL is an advantage
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a DWH Development Team Lead – experience as a DWH Team Lead is mandatory
- Basic familiarity with on-premises data infrastructure, including databases and ETL processes
- Experience with innovative technologies is an advantage (Python, Lakehouse, Cloud, Airflow, Tenzor)
