Product designer - Maternity leave cover

Lupa, The company that does something good with your photos, is looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) for a maternity leave cover. The role includes owning end-to-end design across our web and app, simplifying complex user flows, maintaining our Figma design system, and partnering closely with the Product Manager and R&D team to ship features that feel effortless to use.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI) in a B2C or eCommerce company (Must).
• A strong portfolio showing your problem-solving process, UX thinking, and visual craft (Must).
• Mastery of Figma, including auto-layout, components, and variables.
• Experience leading the full design process from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and developer hand-off.
• Experience maintaining or contributing to a design system.
• Ability to use research, A/B testing, and analytics to inform design decisions.
• Strong sense of brand and visual craft alongside UX execution.
• Comfortable working as the solo designer on a small team and owning decisions independently.
• Ability to read and write professional English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running.

Advantages:

• Experience designing complex editor or builder interfaces.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile app.
• Motion or prototyping skills (Figma prototyping, After Effects, Lottie).
• Experience running user research or usability testing.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS principles for better developer collaboration.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
