We are seeking a talented and experienced PMO - IT Division

To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional support to project managers in driving processes under structured methodologies
• Build and manage project budgets with a portfolio-wide organizational perspective
• Collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders including IT teams, leadership, and clients
• Drive and implement new processes to improve organizational efficiency
• Support data-driven decision making with a broad, system-level perspective

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in IT project management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies - PMP certification is an advantage
• High analytical capabilities and experience managing budgets
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-interface environment, with potential to independently lead projects as part of career growth
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Sciforma
• Bachelor’s degree required - Industrial Engineering and Management with Information Systems specialization is an advantage
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English - written and spoken
