User Acquisition Manager

Our client is a growing mobile gaming studio is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to scale its portfolio of puzzle games. This role focuses on driving high-quality installs, optimising performance marketing and unlocking sustainable growth across global markets.

You will own user acquisition campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution, across paid channels, while continuously testing creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximise ROI.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch and optimize paid UA campaigns across platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok)

Manage and scale budgets to achieve ROAS and CPI targets

Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad creatives tailored to puzzle audiences

Analyse campaign performance and drive data-led optimisation

Identify new growth opportunities across channels, geographies, and audience segments

Work closely with product and monetization teams to align on LTV and retention goals

Qualifications

Experience in user acquisition for mobile games

Strong experience with puzzle or casual games would be ideal

Hands-on expertise with major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)

Solid analytical skills and understanding of ROAS, LTV, CPI, and retention metrics

Creative mindset with a strong sense of what drives installs and engagement

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
