We’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed startup building next-generation infrastructure in the observability and telemetry space. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a hands-on Director of Design to own and scale the design function end-to-end, shaping the product experience for developers, SREs, and highly technical users.
What they’re looking for:
• 8+ years in Product Design with leadership experience managing and growing teams
• Strong startup experience in high-growth environments is essential
• Deep experience designing complex, data-dense technical products
• MUST have observability and/or telemetry domain experience
• Experience working closely with Product + Engineering leadership
• Ability to operate strategically while staying hands-on with critical design work
• Experience building scalable design systems and processes is a major plus
The ideal background includes companies in:
Observability, monitoring, infrastructure, developer tools, cloud platforms, telemetry, or adjacent technical ecosystems.
Remote role: open to candidates across Europe and Israel
