We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join a leading organization and take a key role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning and predictive analytics solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable predictive models and analytical solutions
  • Lead end-to-end data science projects from ideation to deployment and monitoring
  • Develop and maintain production-ready machine learning models
  • Work with ML platform components such as Feature Stores, Model Registries, Experiment Tracking systems, and Prediction Databases
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders
  • Define KPIs, success metrics, and experimentation frameworks including A/B testing and uplift modeling
  • Monitor, optimize, and improve model performance over time
  • Research and implement new methodologies and technologies
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance when needed
  • Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field – required
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied Statistics – required
  • 3+ years of experience working with ML Platform components such as Feature Store, Prediction DB, Model Registry, and Experiment Tracking – required
  • Experience with ML platforms such as DataIKU, SageMaker, Iguazio, or equivalent – required
  • Proven experience leading Data Science projects from concept to production – required
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL – required
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and model evaluation techniques – required
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud – required
