Job Description

Build and maintain a comprehensive divisional overview of business AI initiatives, projects, and activities
Participate in AI governance processes and methodologies within the division, including partnership in the divisional AI-CoE
Define methodologies and identify gaps, bottlenecks, and organizational barriers (within and outside the Technology Division)
Promote initiatives based on business value, complexity, and dependencies, while working closely with BRM and development units
Build KPI metrics and monitoring mechanisms
Consolidate insights and provide recommendations to the Division VP to advance business AI initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Information Systems
At least 5 years of experience in large and complex organizations in roles involving process improvement and definition, as well as matrix-based work within complex organizations (strong influencing skills)
Proven experience working with senior management
General technological understanding, specifically in AI domains – including key tools, use cases, and related technologies
Strong and proven ability to create order, standardization, and structured work methodologies
Systems thinking with the ability to identify gaps and provide operational recommendations
