A growing EdTech company in the language learning field is looking for a customer service professional with a big heart and a desire to impact the world of education!

What does the role involve?

Ongoing support and assistance for teachers and school administrators using our platform
Providing continuous support via chat / phone / email
Short training sessions for new users
Monitoring usage and customer retention
Collecting feedback from the field and passing insights to the development and product teams

We're looking for someone who...

Loves helping people and can explain things patiently even the third time around
Is digitally savvy, independent, and organized
Has full proficiency in Hebrew and English (speaking and writing)
Preferably has prior experience in Customer Success / support / customer service
