Winnity is a live prediction social experience for sports fans - turning every match into a shared, competitive moment with friends, powered by an AI Game Master. We're launching globally for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, building toward a year-round platform across the biggest sports leagues in the world.

⚡ The Role

We're hiring our first Community Manager - the voice, ears, and energy of Winnity inside our growing fan communities. You'll be at the center of our most exciting moment: the global launch during the FIFA World Cup 2026.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role with massive ownership. You'll work directly with the founder and the Marketing Manager, and shape how thousands of football fans experience Winnity for the first time.

🚀 What You'll Do

- Build and manage private fan communities across our key launch markets - Israel, the US, Brazil, and beyond

- Run our Beta Captain program - partnering with football fan group admins on Facebook, WhatsApp, and Telegram to host their own Winnity arenas

- Go live during matchdays, engaging users in real-time as games unfold - especially during the World Cup knockout phase

- Partner with our Marketing Manager on creator outreach, content collaborations, and micro-influencer partnerships across TikTok and Instagram

- Translate community feedback into actionable product insights, working directly with the founder and engineering

- Own our voice and tone across Discord, X/Twitter, WhatsApp groups, and other community channels

🎯 You Might Be a Fit If

- You're a genuine sports fan - football preferred, not just "interested"

- You're fluent in English; Spanish, Portuguese, or Hebrew is a major plus

- You're native to social media: TikTok, X/Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp

- You thrive in fast-moving, high-energy startup environments

- You're flexible during matchdays (some evenings and weekends, especially June-July 2026)

- 1-3 years of experience in community management, social media, sports marketing, or content creation

🌟 Bonus Points

- You've moderated or built football fan communities before

- You've worked at a sports tech, fantasy sports, or social gaming startup

- You speak multiple languages and understand fan culture across markets
