We are an innovative group operating at the intersection of finance, technology, and advanced industries, serving as the central operations hub for several affiliated ventures, including companies in the defense sector.
We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and strategically minded Social Media Manager to help lead and grow the online presence of the group, its portfolio companies, and executive leadership across Israeli and international audiences. This is a full-time, on-site position.
About the Role
This role combines strategy, storytelling, and execution. You will help shape the public voice of multiple brands and leadership figures across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and X/Twitter.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to create professional, engaging, and platform-native content while also thinking about long-term brand positioning, audience growth, and visibility.
You should be comfortable both collaborating with internal teams and working independently to bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
Social Media & Brand Management
- Manage day-to-day activity across the group’s and affiliated brands’ social media accounts
- Support and grow executive leadership profiles across key platforms
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop monthly content calendars and social media strategies
- Write compelling copy and short-form content tailored to different platforms
- Create, edit, and publish content, including posts, videos, and short-form clips
- Coordinate or participate in content production days, podcasts, and interviews
Growth & Performance
- Help grow audience reach, engagement, and overall brand visibility
- Track analytics and platform performance to improve content strategy over time
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including content, design, marketing, and business development
- Coordinate with external creatives and production partners when needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for a corporate organization, large enterprise, investment firm, or technology company — required
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X/Twitter — required
- Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously
- Independent, proactive, and collaborative mindset
Advantages
- Experience managing executive or founder social media accounts
- Experience creating or editing short-form video content
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Buffer, or similar platforms
- Experience in finance, technology, defense, or advanced industries
