What are we looking for? We are looking for a high-capacity SDR with "fire in their eyes" who loves communication and wants to be part of a global revolution. We need a proactive individual who is comfortable both on the phone and "in the field," delivering our brand story with optimism and authenticity. If you see an opportunity to seal the deal on the spot, we expect you to take it. You are the tip of the spear, and you have the autonomy to drive the sales process from the first "Hello" to the final signature.
Your Mission:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in global markets.
- Manage the initial sales funnel (Outbound & Inbound) through phone calls and field-based meetings.
- Act as the "Conductor of our Orchestra," speaking to customers in a relatable, straightforward, and human-centric style - no jargon allowed.
You will be responsible for generating qualified B2B opportunities for Voye.
Your work will include:
- Researching and identifying companies with frequent international business travel.
- Finding the right decision makers across Travel, Finance, HR, Operations, Procurement, and IT.
- Running outbound campaigns through LinkedIn, email, phone, and direct engagement.
- Creating and testing short, relevant messaging for different industries and buyer personas.
- Qualifying prospects based on company fit, travel volume, current process, pain point, and buying intent.
- Booking qualified demo calls for the Voye sales team.
- Managing the initial sales funnel across outbound and inbound leads.
- Keeping HubSpot and CRM records clean, accurate, and updated.
- Tracking activity, reply rates, positive responses, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.
- Sharing feedback from the market, including objections, competitor mentions, and common pain points.
- Representing Voye in a clear, relatable, human way with no jargon and no robotic sales talk.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree – Mandatory.
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience as an SDR or in a Sales role – Mandatory.
- Field Sales: Proven experience in field sales (beyond just phone-based selling) – Mandatory.
- Specific sales skills (cold outreach, objection handling, LinkedIn, phone calls, booking senior decision makers) and tools (like HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, CRM)
- Languages: Native-level Hebrew and high-level English (both written and verbal) are mandatory for our global operations.
- Mindset: A " hunter mentality " attitude, tech-savvy, and a passion for the smart travel alternative.
- Previous experience in the cellular or finance (Fintech) sectors is a significant advantage that will help you land with a smile.
