A leading company in the field of power supplies and communication solutions is seeking an Electronics Engineer to join the Engineering Department.

Job Description:

• Supporting the transfer from development to production (NPI) of products integrating mechanics, electronics, and wiring.
• Providing technical support to production lines (Online Support) at the company’s various manufacturing sites as part of the Engineering Department activities.
• Improving technical documentation for various products (schematics, ATP/ATR/Calibration/Programming documents).
• Writing test procedures and documenting testing processes.
• Writing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Working closely with development teams and production departments in Israel and abroad.

Job Requirements:

• Required education – B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering / Practical Electronics Engineer.
• 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering and in transferring electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies from development to production (NPI) – mandatory.
• Experience working with analog circuits at the testing and development verification level – significant advantage.
• Experience with circuit editing and electrical drawing software such as OrCAD and Office – mandatory.
• Experience in designing test fixtures and process automation – advantage.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes for electronic boards and devices in the military field – advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile, Priority, and Solid Edge – advantage.
• Familiarity with mechanical enclosures and mechanics, including the ability to read mechanical drawings – advantage.
• English – very good written and spoken skills – mandatory.
• Availability to work hours aligned with overseas manufacturing sites (USA and India).
