About the Role

A fast-growing global company in the performance marketing space is looking for a Senior Meta Ads Campaign Manager to lead high-scale acquisition across international markets.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role with full ownership over budgets, strategy, and performance — ideal for someone who thrives on scaling and driving real revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Meta (Facebook) campaign strategy and execution
• Manage and scale high-budget campaigns with full accountability for ROI
• Drive advanced optimization across creatives, audiences, bidding, and placements
• Lead structured A/B testing frameworks and continuous experimentation
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities
• Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams
• Share best practices and support team growth
• Stay on top of trends, platform changes, and new opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Experience in Gaming / CFD / Casino – mandatory
• Proven experience managing high-scale budgets ($200K+ monthly)
• Strong track record of driving performance and revenue growth
• Advanced analytical skills (Excel / data analysis – must)
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, attribution, and optimization
• Experience with performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.)
• Strong communication and ability to work independently
