In this position you will…

As an experienced QA engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and usability of our SaaS products. You will work closely with the development, design, and product teams to plan, execute, and report on user testing, usability testing, and accessibility testing. You will also collaborate with other QA engineers to develop and maintain test automation frameworks, tools, and scripts. You will have a strong background in software testing, user experience, and web accessibility standards. You will also have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

You will be a part of our platform group and take part in our daily work.

The group is responsible for the whole development cycle – based on requirements, you will take part in the design and implementation.

You will learn BOLT development environment as well as the relevant business logic per feature.

You will be responsible for…

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for user testing, usability testing, and accessibility testing of SaaS products.
• Identify, document, and prioritize defects, issues, and feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Communicate test results and recommendations to the development, design, and product teams.
• Taking part in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks, tools, and scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and sanity testing as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and standards in software testing, user experience, and web accessibility.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA processes and methodologies.

You will require the following qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in software testing, user testing, usability testing, and accessibility testing.
• Knowledgeable in API technologies and testing (e.g., REST, JSON, Postman, etc.).
• Knowledgeable in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, etc.
• Experience in working with SaaS products, agile methodologies, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail, quality, and user satisfaction.
• Analytical thinking

• Team player in an international environment.
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of no-SQL – Advantage
• Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, TestCafe, Jest, etc. – Advantage.
• Familiar with web accessibility standards such as WCAG, ARIA, etc. – Advantage.
