About the Role

We are seeking a high-impact Interim LLM Product Manager to maintain momentum across a fast-moving AI product roadmap focused on Large Language Models. You will take full ownership of ongoing initiatives, ensuring continuity, stability, and delivery of high-value AI features during a temporary transition period.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and business, with a strong focus on delivering AI-powered solutions that solve real-world Talent Acquisition challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Product Continuity & Execution
Own and drive active LLM initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of key milestones without disruption to quality or roadmap direction.
Cross-Functional Alignment
Act as the central link between engineering, design, and business stakeholders, translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive product experiences.
Customer & Product Quality
Partner with Customer Success to address user feedback, resolve AI-related issues, and ensure reliability of live product features.
AI Trade-off Management
Lead decision-making around model accuracy, creativity, compliance, latency, and cost considerations.
Model Evaluation & Optimization
Work with engineering teams to define and manage evaluation frameworks, ensuring continuous improvement in model performance and output quality.

About You

2+ years of Product Management experience
Hands-on experience with LLM or Generative AI products
Strong ability to quickly ramp up and take ownership in dynamic environments
Solid technical understanding of LLM systems and AI product stacks
Strong analytical skills with structured evaluation and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in HRTech is an advantage
