Commercial Operations Manager

About the Role

A global consumer-focused company is looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to join its commercial leadership team.

This is a high-impact, ownership-driven role, working closely with senior leadership and acting as a central operational driver across global commercial activities. Over time, you will become a key decision-making point for day-to-day operations, enabling leadership to focus on strategy and growth.

This is not a coordination role — we are looking for someone who takes ownership, drives decisions, and executes.

Key Responsibilities

Distributor & Order Management

• Manage distributor orders end-to-end, from order placement through fulfillment
• Ensure accurate, timely delivery across global markets

Logistics & Operations

• Oversee international shipping and warehousing activities
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and delays

Pricing & Commercial Strategy

• Build and maintain global price lists for distributors and retail partners
• Ensure pricing consistency and alignment with commercial goals

Promotions & Trade Terms

• Manage promotions, discounts, and commercial agreements
• Balance customer needs with business targets

Procurement & Supply Coordination

• Support planning processes and coordinate with supply chain teams
• Ensure product availability and alignment with demand

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations across global teams
• Act as the operational bridge between commercial functions

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in commercial operations, trade operations, or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex situations
• Hands-on problem solver with a “get things done” mindset
• High ownership and accountability — ability to lead without formal authority
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); Hebrew – advantage
• Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in consumer products or international distribution environments
• Background in supply chain, sales operations, or commercial planning
• Familiarity with ERP systems
