We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to lead end-to-end sales processes in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment.
This role combines new business development, complex deal management, and long-term client relationship building. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to closing and account growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and expand existing client accounts
- Align software solutions with customers’ business and technical needs
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, terms, and agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal
- Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry events
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience selling SaaS/software solutions – mandatory
- Proven experience in B2B sales to technology clients – mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree – mandatory (Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science – advantage)
- Experience managing complex, long sales cycles
- Excellent English (written and spoken) – mandatory

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets
- Strong business acumen combined with technical understanding
- Experience managing complex negotiations
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Highly proactive, independent, and results-driven
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and meet clients across Israel
