About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team in a role that offers broad exposure to both recruitment and finance. This is a great opportunity to enter the Talent Acquisition field, work closely with hiring managers, and take part in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and identifying candidates (including working with LinkedIn and advanced tools)

• Screening and reviewing resumes

• Conducting phone interviews

• Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Coordinating interviews and working closely with hiring managers

• Involvement in end-to-end recruitment processes

• Ongoing collaboration with hiring managers

Location & Position Scope:

Ra’anana | Full-time position

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Previous recruitment experience (up to 2 years)

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities

• Highly organized with the ability to work independently

• Orientation toward working with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude) – an advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
