We are seeking a talented Prompt Engineer to be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

The role involves translating business needs into AI-driven solutions, developing and optimizing prompts for GenAI models, and collaborating closely with data, development, and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into AI-based processes and prompts
• Develop, test, and continuously improve prompts for GenAI models
• Work closely with data, development, and business stakeholders
• Analyze data structures and data sources for effective AI model utilization
• Define use cases and testing scenarios
• Improve performance and output quality of AI models
• Document processes and methodologies for working with language models

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in system analysis or technological solution design
• Experience working with AI / GenAI systems or prompt engineering
• Understanding of data structures, APIs, and data sources
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent writing skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
