22417 - RF Digital Integration Engineer

Job description:

 We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Integration Engineer to join our team and play a key role in supporting production processes, while representing the R&D function 

This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent collaboration skills.

This is a full-time position in Kiryat Shmona

• Act as the R&D representative during production runs, working closely with Manufacturing Engineering.
• Investigate and analyze production issues, identifying root causes and driving solutions.
• Raise and report design-related issues and escalate when necessary.
• Gain a deep understanding of production processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and product quality.
• Initiate meetings, coordinate stakeholders, and drive tasks to completion.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize critical data to reach actionable conclusions.
• Take ownership and push tasks forward, including hands-on execution when needed.
• Interpret electrical schematics and understand signal paths.

• Practical Engineer / Electronics Technician (Practical Engineer diploma or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of experience working with RF and Digital systems.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as the Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, DVM, and Power Meter.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Familiarity with production environments and processes.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude with high ownership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive tasks to completion.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Experience with AI tools to support day-to-day work is a significant advantage.
