🧠 Patient Coordinator | Part-Time | Tel Aviv Area Mentaily | Operations Team

We're looking for a Patient Coordinator to join the operational team supporting a national psychiatric rehabilitation program.

This is a hands-on, part-time role for students in psychology, social work, or a related clinical field — offering direct exposure to real-world clinical and operational workflows through Mentaily's AI-powered platform, LIV.

What you'll do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients within the operational flow
• Coordinate intake, assessments, and session scheduling via the LIV platform
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-up
• Work closely with internal teams to support continuity of care
• Uphold service-level standards, including response time and scheduling efficiency

What we're looking for:

• Current student in psychology, social work, or a related clinical field (min. 4th semester)
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
• Experience working with complex or vulnerable populations
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems

Advantage: Prior clinical experience (internship, practicum, volunteering, or assistant roles) is a strong plus. Additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Amharic) are also welcome.
